Eyelets protect and guide a lineal product through a process. These parts are pasted up place or pressed into a plastic holder.  They have smooth surfaces with radiuses to protect the product.

The positive feeder is mechanically powered by a toothed wheel which is connected to the motor of a knitting machine. The speed of the toothed belt drive and the resulting yarn quantity from the positive feeder can be continuously set.

Besides powering by toothed wheel, there’re other types available which are powered by punched wheel.
