Last time Jane make pudding for potluck party which were very much welcomed by her children’s classmates and parents. Today she wanted to make some more delicate dessert for

her children when they are back from school.
She went to the supermarket again to find something suitable and she saw the bakery pudding powder on the shelf. “There’s still some flour at home”, she thinks. “Maybe it would be nice to make pudding bread.” So she bought the bakery pudding powder and started making the pudding bread when she went back home.
After a few hours’ preparation and baking, the pudding bread is ready to come out of the oven! “What smells so good?” yelled her children who just got back home from school. Jane and her two children enjoyed the delicious pudding bread with hot black tea. What a lovely tea time!
Besides making pudding in bread, there’re many other bakery uses. Such as pudding pie, layers in cakes, pudding tart, etc. The elastic texture of pudding is a great combination in bakery product.
Next time you are going to bake something, try to add some pudding along with it. You are going to love it!

Jelly is a very common dessert in everyday life. With the invention of instant jelly powder, jelly has become more and more popular. You can see it served as dessert in some restaurants, schools, household, hospitals or long term care facilities.
Why is jelly so popular? It’s because of the gelatin being added into the ingredient. Gelatin is a translucent, colorless, odorless, brittle, nearly tasteless solid substance, derived from the collagen inside animals’ skin and bones. By eating jelly, we get to absorb some collagen we need in daily lives which is good for our skin and health.
Because of the taste of jelly is full of elasticity, it takes more time to chew and may create a sense of satiety. The vitamin and gelatin in the jelly is good for health making it a great meal replacement for people who are on a diet.
To make the taste more diverse, there’re many kind of flavors to choose from in market. Most flavors add fresh fruit powder in the jelly powder to make various tastes, such as strawberry, orange, or even lychee flavors. Instead of sweet taste, tea or coffee flavors are also very popular. The less sweetened taste of tea or coffee jelly is especially suitable to enjoy after a heavy meal.
If you want the jelly to be more colorful and tasty, you may even add some fresh fruit pieces such as strawberry, mango, blueberry, etc. in the jelly which makes the jelly much more healthy by the abundant nutrient and cellulose of the fresh fruit.
